Disparition is known for creating immersive sound worlds that blur the lines between live performance, installation, and score. His music—ranging from minimalist ambient to melodic, structured compositions—is crafted to respond to the texture, pacing, and emotional tone of visual art environments.
Available as a solo performance or in collaboration with additional musicians, Disparition’s live sets are uniquely suited for exhibition openings, late-night programming, artist talks, or site-specific installations.



Performance Offerings
Exhibition Openings & Special Events
Tailored live music that accompanies the rhythm of an opening—textural, melodic, or hybrid in nature. Can be ambient and atmospheric, or take on more dynamic musical form.
Collaborative Performances & Ensemble Work
Disparition can assemble a small ensemble of musicians (e.g., synth, strings, mandolin, electronics) to develop custom scores or perform extended works that interact with the exhibition or gallery space.
Installation Sound & Sonic Interventions
Custom looping compositions or sound design for use throughout the run of an exhibition, coordinated with curators or artists.

Notable venues include Sydney Opera House, London Palladium, Town Hall (NYC), Palace of Fine Arts (San Francisco), and Benaroya Hall (Seattle).
Live scoring, original composition, and sound design for experimental theater and short film
Work presented at venues including New York Theatre Workshop, 3LD, The Connelly, Dixon Place, and The New Ohio. Collaborators include directors Meghan Finn, Mei Ann Teo, Moema Umann, Tara Ahmadinejad, Pirronne Yousefzadeh, and Bailey Heinonen.

Featured performances include the Label 51 Showcase at Great American Music Hall (San Francisco) and the Another Cruel World Festival Pre-Show.
